By accessing and using the Sectarid platform, you agree to the following conditions. Please read each clause carefully before contracting our RFID traceability services.
Sectarid provides hardware and software infrastructure for automated inventory scanning using UHF RFID technology. The service includes the installation of antennas, fixed and mobile readers, reusable tags, and a real-time monitoring web platform. It does not include physical inventory management or custody of goods.
The client must ensure adequate environmental conditions (temperature between -10°C and 50°C, relative humidity below 85%) and absence of external electromagnetic interference. They are responsible for the physical integrity of the tags once installed and for keeping master product data updated in the ERP system.
Sectarid is not liable for damages resulting from misuse of equipment, unauthorized firmware modifications, or installation conditions exceeding technical specifications. Reading accuracy is guaranteed at 99.5% under normal operating conditions as defined in the technical manual. Any claim must be submitted within 15 business days following the event.
All software, technical documentation, and signal processing algorithms are the exclusive property of Sectarid. The client may not reproduce, modify, or distribute the code without express authorization. Traceability data generated during service provision belongs to the client, but Sectarid may use it in aggregated and anonymized form for statistical and product improvement purposes.
The contract has a minimum duration of 12 months, automatically renewable for equal periods, unless written notice is given 60 days in advance. Sectarid may suspend the service immediately if fraudulent use or a risk to network integrity is detected. In case of early termination by the client, a penalty equivalent to 30% of the remaining balance of the current period will apply.
